At Antwine Studios, our goal is to deliver a seamless, elevated experience from first inquiry to final delivery. These Terms of Service exist to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect throughout our work together.

By booking services with Antwine Studios (“Studio,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Offered

What we provide

Antwine Studios offers professional photography services including:

  • Portraits & Headshots

  • Events & Special Sessions

  • Sports Photography

  • Weddings

Specific coverage details, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed within your personalized proposal or booking agreement.

Reservations & Retainers

How your date is secured

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date.

  • Retainers secure the Studio’s availability and are applied toward your total investment.

  • Dates are confirmed only once the retainer is received.

  • Retainers are non-refundable, as dates are removed from availability upon booking.

Investment & Payments

Payment expectations

  • Remaining balances are due according to the schedule outlined in your proposal.

  • Wedding balances are typically due prior to the event date.

  • Additional coverage, products, or services requested outside the original agreement are invoiced separately.

Failure to remit payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Flexibility within reason

Client-Initiated Changes

  • Retainers remain non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • Significant date changes may require a new retainer.

Studio-Initiated Changes

In the unlikely event the Studio is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Studio will:

  • Make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement, or

  • Refund all payments received, which shall constitute the Studio’s maximum liability.

Coverage, Timing & Cooperation

Shared responsibility for great results

Clients agree to provide reasonable cooperation, including:

  • Timely access to locations

  • Required permits or permissions

  • Clear communication regarding schedules and priorities

The Studio is not responsible for limited or missed coverage due to delays, venue restrictions, environmental conditions, or interference from guests or third parties.

Artistic Direction & Editing

Creative consistency

Photography is an artistic medium, and clients acknowledge that:

  • Final images reflect the Studio’s professional judgment and established style

  • Color, composition, and retouching align with the Studio’s portfolio

  • Requests for edits beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees

RAW files are not provided.

Image Delivery

Timelines and expectations

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated in advance and represent reasonable timeframes.

While every effort is made to deliver promptly, timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to seasonal volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Copyright & Image Use

Ownership and licensing

Antwine Studios retains full copyright ownership of all images created.

Clients are granted a usage license as outlined in their agreement.

The Studio may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.

Liability & Responsibility

Limits and care

The Studio takes reasonable care in performing services and safeguarding images.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client

  • The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Clients assume responsibility for personal safety during sessions and events

Force Majeure

Uncontrollable circumstances

The Studio shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, venue shutdowns, or emergencies.

Client Conduct

Respect and professionalism

Respectful conduct is expected at all times.

The Studio reserves the right to discontinue services without refund in the event of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Governing Law

Legal jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Acceptance

Agreement to terms

By booking services, submitting payment, or signing a proposal, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
