Return & Refund Policy

At Antwine Studios, every session is carefully planned, scheduled, and customized. Because of the personalized nature of photography services, all sales are handled with clarity and intention.

Photography Services

All photography services—including portraits, headshots, events, sports, and weddings—are non-refundable once booked.

This includes:

  • Session fees

  • Retainers

  • Creative planning time

  • Reserved dates and time blocks

Once a date is secured, that time is removed from availability for other clients.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

  • Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking date

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee

Digital Deliverables

Due to the digital nature of photography:

  • All delivered images are final

  • No refunds are issued for completed or delivered digital files

  • Color style, editing approach, and artistic interpretation are part of Antwine Studios’ creative process

Print Products & Physical Goods

If physical products (prints, albums, or merchandise) are offered:

  • All sales are final

  • Defective items may be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Replacement does not include refunds, only reprints

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are considered only in rare cases where Antwine Studios is unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances. Any approved refund will exclude non-recoverable costs and processing fees.
