Do you list full pricing on your website?

Not entirely — and intentionally so.

Every client, session, and story is different. While we provide starting prices to set expectations, final investment depends on coverage needs, deliverables, and creative direction. This ensures you only pay for what actually serves your goals.

When will I receive exact pricing?

After your initial consultation. Once we understand your needs, you’ll receive a custom proposal with clear pricing and deliverables.

What’s included in a typical session?

Every session includes:

  • Professional guidance and posing

  • High-resolution, edited images

  • A private online gallery for viewing and downloads

  • Usage rights for personal or professional use (commercial options available)

Specific inclusions vary by service and will be clearly outlined before booking.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible — especially for weddings, large events, and sports seasons.

Portrait and headshot sessions may have shorter lead times, but availability is limited. If your date matters, reach out sooner rather than later.

Do you require a retainer?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the session date, depending on the service.

Where are you based? Do you travel?

Antwine Studios is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, but travel is absolutely available.

Travel fees may apply depending on distance and scope — all discussed transparently before booking.

What’s your turnaround time?

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Portraits & Headshots: 7–10 days

  • Events & Sports: 10–14 days

  • Weddings: 4–6 weeks

Rush delivery may be available upon request.

Will you help with posing and direction?

Absolutely. Most clients aren’t professional models — and that’s expected.

You’ll be guided throughout the session so you look confident, natural, and like yourself.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice, subject to availability. Details are outlined in your booking agreement.
